Scrambled Eggs on Toast with Salsa

Heat pan on stove, medium/high. Crack 2-3 eggs in a bowl. Stir with a fork, stir in a little milk, salt and pepper. Pour in a greased pan (spray with Pam) and stir around with a spatula until it looks cooked.

Serve on toast, English muffin or bagel. Top with salsa.
