Beef Enchiladas

1-2 cans refried beans
6 tortillas
shredded cheese
roast beef
1 can red enchilada sauce

Pour some enchilada sauce in the bottom of the pan. Layer tortilla, beans, meat, cheese and then enchilada sauce. Continue layering. Finish with a tortilla on top, sauce and cheese.

If it's a microwave-safe pan, stick in the microwave for a few minutes. OR just put some on your plate and heat your plate up. OR you can stick it in the oven.

Mediterranean Chicken

4-5 chicken tenders
2 potatoes
1 sweet potato
1 onion
3-4 carrots OR a couple of handfuls of baby carrots
Mediterranean seasoning

Wash potatoes, peel sweet potatoes, wash/peel carrots. Cut veggies and place in CrockPot with raw chicken. Sprinkle seasoning on top. Cook for about 4 hours.

Optional:
Add can of cream of chicken soup.

Viva La Chicken

3 Cans Cream of Chicken soup  (10 3/4 oz.)
1/2 Jar Salsa (4 lb)
2 Chicken Breasts (cooked and cubed)
1 Can Green Chili Enchilada Sauce (large)
1/2 Can (Enchilada) Milk

Mix all together in pan.
Stir in to mixture, 2 bags (13 oz) crushed tortilla strips
Top with Cheese

Cook 1/2 hour at 350*

3 Cans Cream of Chicken soup  (10 3/4 oz.)
1/2 Jar Salsa (4 lb)
2 Chicken Breasts (cooked and cubed)
1 Can Green Chili Enchilada Sauce (large)
Milk

Cinnamon Toast

Put bread in toaster, spread butter on it after it pops up. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mixture on the toast.

Pillsbury Rolls

Pop the can, place on cookie sheet and stick in the oven for as long as it says. We bake ours for about 8 minutes.

Garlic Bread

Option 1:
Buy pre-made garlic bread. Bake in the oven according to instructions. A lot of them you just stick in the oven in the foil-ish wrapping that you buy it in.

Option 2:
Buy French bread or baguettes (basically a smaller loaf of French bread) in bakery section of store. Preheat oven to 350 F. Cut bread in half, spread lots of butter and sprinkle with garlic salt. Stick in the oven for 10-ish minutes.

Option 3:
Make toast with regular bread and sprinkler garlic salt on it.

Roast Beef Au Juice

Heat leftover roast beef. Make au juice according to directions on packet. Put roast beef on bread, dip in juice.
