Easy Omelet

Prepare eggs like you do for scrambled eggs; add shredded cheese and pre-cooked bacon pieces or sandwich ham cut/torn in small pieces.

Fancier: stir eggs with milk, cheese and meat. Before pouring egg mixture into the pan, cut up onion, bell pepper and any other vegetables you want. Heat a little oil in the pan, sauté the veggies (stir them around in the oil while they cook). When the onion is a little “clear” looking, pour egg mixture in and stir around in pan like normal scrambled eggs.
