Crockpot Chicken

8 frozen chicken tenderloins or 4 chicken breasts
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
Lipton Onion soup mix

Cook in Crock Pot on low for 4-5 hours. When there is about half an hour left for the chicken to cook, begin cooking 3 cups of rice in rice cooker (add about 4 ½ cups water).

Serve over rice (or mashed potatoes) with salad/canned corn/green beans.

Optional:
Add 8 oz Cream cheese about the same time you begin cooking the rice, giving it about half an hour to mix in.

3 cups rice (Botan rice is my favorite, it’s sticky)
Can of corn/green beans
Optional: 8 oz cream cheese
