Baked Potato with Chili

Wash a potato to get all of the dirt off of it. Poke a couple of holes on each side with a fork. Stick in microwave and press Potato button. If there’s no potato button, stick it in for 5 minutes and poke it with a fork to see how soft the inside is. Put it back in for 3-5 more minutes.

Top with chili and cheese OR just some butter, salt and pepper. Can also sour put sour cream on it.

A potato (Russet potatoes are the kind usually used for baked potatoes)
Can of chili (Jenni likes Hormel, I like Wolf with Beans, Authentic Texas Recipe.)
Shredded cheese
